Young Erudites Networking Community Member Agreement to Policies and Code of Ethics Young Erudites Networking Group, based in New York, is a global network of graduates and early-stage career professionals, supporting career growth through advocacy and referrals. Our mission is to provide a vehicle to support young graduates in their early career and set them up for success. Our strategy is to develop quality relationships with each other, and with our business connections that advance those relationships. Member Benefits All interested graduates and early-stage career professionals are welcome to attend the networking meetings once, and then decide if they would like to apply and join. Upon joining, members will be part of a global community of talented professionals and resources, working as a group to help each other secure jobs. Benefits include access to networking meetings held every other Wednesday, from 12 pm – 1 pm EST via zoom. Mentoring program, interview prep, resume review, opportunities to volunteer and give back with non-profit and charities through philanthropic initiatives, and continuing education career resources. Exclusive Young Erudites LinkedIn Group where all job search queries will be answered with the opportunity to connect and support other like-minded professionals from all around the world. Application Process All interested early-stage career professionals are welcome to visit. Applicants complete and submit an online application for approval, along with the membership fee. Attendance Policy All members are expected to attend all meetings. Members are expected to attend any mentor meetings promptly and provide mentors with ample notice if there is a schedule conflict. Administrative Policy
Code of Ethics Members agree to abide by the following Code of Ethics during their tenure of participation in the organization. Members will take responsibility for following up promptly on internship opportunities and mentor communications. They will display a positive and supportive attitude with other Young Erudites members as well as mentors and other members of the Erudites Networking Group.
